A.A.G. Stucchi is a historic Italian company in the lighting industry, established in 1944 as a manufacturer of lighting components. It has been able to completely change its strategic-commercial and production approach in a short time, becoming a new market and innovation leader in track lighting systems worldwide. Our position has been solidified by our recent acquisition of EUTRAC.

An advanced in-house laboratory equipped with the latest technology, recognized by IMQ and UL. All products are tested to obtain the ENEC and cULus marks. We are continuously updating ourselves on regulatory developments and actively participate in CEI technical committees and ASSIL working groups.
We design our products with the highest quality standards using the most innovative technology, including parametric CAD software with interface to PDM and a 3D printer for initial product design verification. We do preliminary tests, both electrical and mechanical, in synergy with our laboratory.
Our product are realized through our WORKSHOP, PLASTIC MOULDING department and the TRACK AND ALUMINUM PROCESSING department.The heart our track and aluminum processing department boasts 4 track production lines, 3 lines for co-extrusion production, 1 calender for rail bending, 1 machine for PVC rail coating, 4 automatic cutters, 2 presses, and 3 CNC machines.
14 flexible assembly cells that allow us to simultaneously produce 16 different product families, customizing each individual piece. We perform functional tests on 100% of the items produced. The company still relies today on a network of home workers who assemble some of our products, which are then meticulously checked using automated equipment toensure their correct wiring.
This is our launching pad to the world, with an automated packaging line equipped with integrated product weight verification.
The warehouse is the flagship of our logistics area. Thanks to its advanced technology, it can efficiently manage 13,000 'EUR'- sized pallets without waste.
The company has a sales office in the USA and two sales offices in China (Shanghai and Hong Kong) with 7 employees and two warehouses for storage and distribution.
In 2021, the German company EUTRAC became part of the Stucchi family. The synergies between the companies have led to optimization of production and warehouse operations, now all consolidated in the plant in Olginate. The Berlin office remains active and operational to best serve its target market.

Additionally, we prioritize the use of electric vehicles and invest in the installation of solar panels.
Quality has always been a distinctive feature of A.A.G. Stucchi products. From the first SEV certifications in 1953, followed by UL in 1955, and in 1965 both IMQ certification and the first product patents were obtained. In 1986, ISO 9002 certification was achieved, followed by ISO 9001 certification in 1996 and ISO 14001 certification in 2001. Both certifications have been consistently updated.
A document attesting that the minerals we use as raw materials are responsibly sourced and that the supply chain is not involved in supporting armed conflicts or illegal practices.

The global crisis and the advent of LED technology led the company to make decisive choices, searching for a new path for its future, which will take a few years to unfold.
Aristide and Alice Stucchi, already owners of 30% of the shares and the entire PFA division in Cortenova, acquire all the shares of A.A.G. Stucchi, giving rise to GRUPPOSTUCCHI.
Synergies with the PFA division lead to the launch of new product lines and the development of what will be the future of the company: the first ONETRACK lighting tracks.
