In this context, the Company has adopted a Whistleblowing system in line with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which enables the secure and protected reporting of unlawful or non-compliant conduct.

Reporting Process
Reports may also be submitted anonymously; however, providing your name and contact details is recommended to facilitate the handling of the report. In any case, reports should be as detailed as possible and based on concrete and verifiable elements. Reports that are manifestly unfounded or made with defamatory intent will not be considered.
Our Guarantees
The Company guarantees the utmost confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting person, the content of the report, and the individuals involved, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Full protection against any form of retaliation is also ensured for those who report in good faith.
Upon submission, the system will generate a unique identification number for the report. You are advised to retain this number in order to monitor the status of your report and communicate with the designated case handler.
